RETURNS
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed garments within 15 days of parcel delivery. Tags must be attached and in original ziplock bag.
Upon delivery and inspection of garment at Kicky Swim, a refund will be issued with email confirmation.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, the package MUST be tracked.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed garments within 15 days of parcel delivery. Tags must be attached and still in original ziplock bag.
Please make sure to get in touch as soon as you realize the sizing is incorrect. If possible we will reserve your preferred size until delivery and inspection of original purchased garment at the Kicky Swim studio.
